Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with no signs of wear, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

To make a return, you can contact us at bonjour@ubenolia.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: Cl Benet Cortada No. 55-59, Local 6, Barcelona, SPAIN.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Returned items will not be accepted without a prior return request.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions or non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable items (such as food, flowers, or plants), personalized items (such as special orders or customized items), and personal care products (such as cosmetics). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of promotional items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.

14-day cooling-off period in the European Union

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved.

If your request is approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that the time it takes for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund may vary.
